Haulotte has strengthened its customer service network in Italy with the opening of a new workshop in Aprilia, near Rome. The facility aims to enhance support for customers across central and southern Italy.

Operational since January 2026, the new site represents a strategic investment designed to bring Haulotte closer to its customers by enabling faster response times, improved logistics, and reduced machine downtime. Nicola Violini, General Manager of Haulotte Italia, said:"The Aprilia facility fills a historical gap in the region, where direct manufacturer service centers were previously lacking. This new structure allows us to simplify logistics, shorten repair cycles, and provide a reliable local service hub for customers in a rapidly growing market."
The workshop includes 600 m² of indoor service space and 1,000 m² of outdoor area, dedicated to the maintenance and repair of Haulotte equipment. It complements the existing mobile service operations in the region and supports customers in areas with a high concentration of rental fleets and aerial work platforms.

Previously, complex repairs for customers in central and southern Italy were often handled at Haulotte's headquarters in Milan, resulting in longer transportation times and higher costs. The Aprilia facility now allows customers to benefit from faster service interventions and lower logistical expenses.
Giovanni Zaccaria, Service Manager at Haulotte Italia, added:"The strong demand we're already seeing confirms how necessary a direct Haulotte presence in this region was. This new workshop enables us to deliver specialized technical support while helping customers improve fleet uptime."
In today's access equipment market, after-sales service has become a key differentiator. Alongside its machines, Haulotte offers a full range of maintenance contracts—from scheduled servicing to comprehensive service agreements with extended warranty coverage—all performed by certified technicians using genuine spare parts.

The opening of the Aprilia facility reflects Haulotte's ongoing commitment to strengthening its service network and supporting customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment."For rental companies in particular, where operational continuity is critical, providing reliable and accessible service is essential,"concluded Nicola Violini."Our goal remains clear: to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction."
